What sleep studies found
A 2013 laboratory analysis of 33 adults found about 20 minutes less sleep around full Moon and five minutes longer to fall asleep. A 2015 population study of 2,125 people found no significant lunar-phase difference in objective or subjective sleep. The studies used different populations and observation settings.
Keep a dated diary of bedtime, waking, room light and how rested you feel. Use the date control above to add the actual phase to each entry.
